USA Rice was pleased to support a spectacular food and drink event organised by USDA and hosted by US Ambassador to the UK Warren A. Stephens at the US Embassy in London during June.
Special recipes incorporating USA long grain, US grown wild rice and US medium grain were developed (vegetarian, salad dishes and a dessert) to highlight the versatility and great taste of USA rice. The unique event highlighted the tremendous range of food and drink produced by the USA which has become highly popular with UK consumers. Several hundred food and drink importers, distributors and buyers attended, providing a great networking forum for discussions with current and prospective trade customers.
