- 1 Vanilla POD
- 150G USA Medium Grain rice
- 700g Milk
- 100g Sugar
- 1 Nutmeg
- 2 tbsp honey
Split the vanilla pod down the middle and add to a pan with the USA Medium Grain rice and the milk.
Pour in the sugar, grate in the nutmeg and stir together on a medium heat for 25 minutes.
Stir in the honey and leave to cool.
Transfer the cooled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for 20-30 minutes or until it reaches a soft scoop frozen texture. Transfer the ice cream to a container and place in the freezer until needed.
